The problem
Support was answering the same setup questions over and over, from manuals and product pages that only staff knew how to find. The answers existed. Finding them was the job.
The outcome
A retrieval assistant over the product documentation and the live site, streaming answers with a citation back to the page each one came from. The model behind it swaps with a single environment variable, so it is not welded to one provider.
