What changed

The expensive part of software was never the typing.

01 — DISCOVERY

We understand the problem before we write code.

We read everything: your existing code, your database, your spreadsheets, and the process that currently lives in someone’s head. AI lets us do in days what used to be a month of consultancy fees. You end up with a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery date before anyone writes a line of new code. If discovery says don’t build it, we will tell you that.

02 — IMPLEMENTATION

AI-accelerated, engineer-reviewed.

A small team, short cycles, and software you can click on in front of you every week. You get to change your mind while changing your mind is still cheap. AI writes at speed; a named engineer who understands your business is accountable for every line of it.

03 — FULL TESTING

It isn’t finished until it’s proven.

Automated tests, real data, and someone whose job is to break it. You get the software and its test suite, so the next change, ours or anyone else’s, does not frighten you. This is the stage most teams skip, and it is why their software does not last.

What you have to do.

Do I need to know what I want built?
No. That is what discovery is for. Turning up with a problem is enough.
What if I don’t understand the technical parts?
You don’t need to. We write in plain English and we are happy to explain anything twice. If we ever leave you nodding along to something you don’t follow, say so. Getting that right is our job.
How much of my time will this take?
Roughly two hours a week during discovery, and about an hour a week after that.
Who owns the code?
You do. The repository, the tests, the documentation and the servers. There is no lock-in, and we will help you move it if you ever want to.
What if the answer is “don’t build this”?
Then we say so, and you have spent a discovery fee instead of a build budget. It has happened before.
