The problem

Vehicle history checks are a paid-for commodity, and the dealer software that surrounds them is typically sold as an expensive annual licence. The opportunity was to put the lookup in front of the public for free and build the dealer tooling around it.

The outcome

Anyone can look up a vehicle at no cost, and dealers get a management portal sitting on the same data. The platform integrates directly with DVLA and a number of other vehicle data APIs.
